Returns & exchange
Fit matters. If your size isn’t right, we make the swap easy.
7-day exchange
Request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery. The piece should be unworn, unwashed, and have its tags intact.
How to start
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the size you’d like instead. We’ll arrange a doorstep pickup where serviceable.
Refunds
Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method once we receive and check the returned piece. COD orders are refunded to your UPI or bank account.
What can’t be exchanged
For hygiene reasons, pieces that are worn, washed, altered, or missing tags can’t be exchanged.
